Consent to personal data processing for visit statistics

Version of 2 October 2026.

This is an English translation of the Russian-language consent text published at serjfedik.com/soglasie. If the two texts differ, the Russian text prevails.

This is a separate document: consent must be set out separately from other documents, as Article 9(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” requires. You give consent when you press “Accept” in the bar at the bottom of a serjfedik.com page (“Принять” on the Russian pages) or “Accept all” in the cookie settings (“Принять все”), or switch “Analytics” (“Аналитика”) on and press “Save choice” (“Сохранить выбор”). If you do not, the counter does not load, and the site works just the same.

The counter is installed on four pages: the home page, the English version (/en), and the CV in both languages (/cv and /en/cv). It is not installed on any other page.

1. To whom

Operator: Sergey Sergeevich Fedik, individual entrepreneur.
Website: serjfedik.com.
Contact email: info@atlaspanel.ru.

2. What for

Three purposes, no others:

  • to count how many people visit these four pages;
  • to see where they come from;
  • to see how long they stay on the page and what they click.

3. Which data

  • a random number that the Yandex Metrica counter writes to your browser, and Metrica’s other records listed in section 7 of the policy;
  • your network address and the city derived from it;
  • browser, operating system, screen size;
  • the page address and the address of the page you came from;
  • clicks on the page and link clicks;
  • whether you left straight away.

Your name, phone number and email are not among them. Session recording, Webvisor, is switched off.

4. What is done with it

Collection, recording, accumulation, storage, use for visit reports, transfer to Yandex, deletion. Processing is automated, over the Internet.

5. Who processes it on the operator’s behalf

YANDEX LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia. Yandex processes the data on the site owner’s behalf under the Yandex Metrica terms, clause 5.4: yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse. With this consent you also agree to that instruction (Federal Law No. 152-FZ, Article 6(3)).

6. How long it lasts

Until withdrawn. How long the data is kept on Yandex’s side is set by Yandex: section 9 of the policy.

7. How to withdraw

  • “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page (“Настройки cookie” on the Russian pages): switch “Analytics” (“Аналитика”) off and press “Save choice” (“Сохранить выбор”). The site immediately erases Metrica’s records for this site in your browser, and the counter no longer loads.
  • By email to info@atlaspanel.ru.

8. Your rights

To find out whether your data is processed and by whom, and to demand that it be clarified, blocked or deleted (Federal Law No. 152-FZ, Article 14). How this works in practice is described in section 11 of the privacy policy.
